Our cancellation policy has the following exceptions:

The order CANNOT BE CANCELLED, IF IT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED FROM THE STORE/WAREHOUSE.

NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ENTERTAINED for those products that Purnima Collections’ marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
