Keeping in mind the very basic nature of every Purnima Collections outfit, our customers do appreciate that each outfit ordered online is individually created, crafted and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements provided. Relatively, fashion is an evolution. Due to the dynamism of this evolution, we respect the customers’ ability to support Purnima Collections “No Refund No Exchange” policy to help us deliver the very best and latest in Indian fashion. However in order to provide our valuable customers full service, we have relaxed our exchange policy a little bit.

We are dedicated at www.purnimacollections.com to offer you the best quality in our products and our services. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are here to help remedy those problems.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that :

The item may be damaged during transit.

Or there might be a manufacturing defect.

Or that a wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.

Item received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect or wrong item -

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed.

We will express ship a replacement item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you

If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you. We will communicate with you about your wishes to make sure you will be happy with the exchange.

Here are some important & helpful guidelines on Returns -

Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hours of receiving the item in question

Never send back a item without consulting with us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.

Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.

In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason we are unable to deliver certain products, you will be asked to select another item/take a store credit/the amount will be refunded for that particular product only.

If any Reason we are unable to deliver certain product the refund will be done to the same Credit/Debit card( bank). which you have used to shop the product. If In case its not possible to refund the payment through Credit /Debit card. All refunds will be done through Paypal or Western Union Only.

Always return your items using registered airmail / courier as advised in our return authorization mail.

Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the customer.

Please return within 3 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition (please, no worn, washed, used or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.

We will examine the garment you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring.

As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send thru suggested postal service in our return authorization mail only and forward the details to us and keep the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us.

Please mark the items as defective returns and not for sale and declare a low nominal value.

Exceptions:

* We do not accept returns on custom outfits and Replicas By Purnima.

Even though www.purnimacollections.com shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, any delayed/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from www.purnimacollections.com Every order is delivered as per specifications of the product mentioned in the website.

Shall take due caution at the time of delivery to deliver the product to the correct person at the address on the order form, but disclaims any responsibility for claims, damages, and/or compensation.

If the user has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein he should seek clarifications from us through email and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively "trademarks") displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner.

The products/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and www.purnimacollections.com disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent.  www.www.purnimacollections.com  does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

Under no circumstances whatsoever shall www.purnimacollections.com  be liable for any loss of data, lost profits or any damages whatsoever including, without limiting, any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages that result from the use of or inability to use the products/services offered in the site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall www.purnimacollections.com  be liable to the user for any or all damages, losses, and causes of action including but not limited to, negligence or otherwise exceed the amount paid by the user to www.purnimacollections.com  for that specific service/product.

All prices are inclusive of cartage, service charges, packaging and all other costs involved with the process of ordering and delivering.

Cancellation Policy

Any order cancellation request will be entertained only with in 24hr from the time of order. No exchange/return request will be allowed after 24hr from the time of order.

*Note: However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time.
